How does branch pickup work?
After landing in Tashkent and clearing customs, your parcel first arrives at the main warehouse and is then sent to the branch you chose. As soon as it reaches the branch, you get a notification — and a push message if you have the mobile app installed.
Then simply come to the branch at a time that suits you and collect the parcel. Keep your tracking number handy — it makes pickup faster.

Is courier delivery available?
Yes — one of the delivery stages is hand-off via courier, and it appears as a separate status in tracking. To find out whether courier delivery covers your address and on what terms, message the admin @mk_express_admin.
What should you bring, and how long is storage?
Under customs rules, registering a shipment involves your passport details, so make sure they are entered correctly — the mobile app lets you check them.
